Services and Methods

Ultrasound therapy
is a non-invasive treatment that uses high-frequency sound waves to promote deep tissue healing. It helps reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and accelerate the recovery of muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
Laser therapy
is a safe, non-invasive treatment that uses focused light energy to stimulate cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and relieve pain.
Electrotherapy
uses controlled electrical impulses to stimulate nerves and muscles, helping to relieve pain, enhance circulation, and support muscle recovery.

Kinesiotaping
Developed by Dr. Kenzo Kase, it reduces pain, inflammation, and swelling while promoting healing and improving circulation. Applied with varying stretch it lifts the skin to enhance lymphatic drainage and stimulate sensory receptors, aiding proprioception and muscle function. Ideal for injuries, chronic pain
Dry needling
is a therapeutic technique where a physiotherapist inserts thin, sterile filiform needles into myofascial trigger points—tight muscle knots—to relieve pain and improve function. Unlike acupuncture, it targets musculoskeletal issues, stimulating the nervous system to release tension, enhance blood flow, and promote healing.
Kobido
is a traditional Japanese facial massage technique that enhances skin health and relaxation using precise, rhythmic hand movements. Performed by a skilled therapist, it stimulates facial muscles, improves circulation, and boosts lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness and fine lines. The method involves gentle lifting, tapping, and kneading motions, targeting acupressure points to promote collagen production and relieve tension.
